I am assuming that it will be close to the Xbox 360 price. If it was lower than they are going to lose even more money than they are going to when they release the system and if they sell it to high, then some people are going to alter their decisions about buying it.

I believe it will start out at around £300 and the games will be similar to the Xbox360's at the moment. Sony would be stupid to sell their console (which is going to be faster and more powerful than the xbox360) at a lower price than that of the current Xbox360 price.

I've read in a site that it would cost a person more than 700 euro to play Playstation 3 at its best, but that is of course including buying such things as sorround sound big T.V. etc. The ps3 itself will cost about 300-500 euro.

yeah, it suppose to be 399.99 for the 20 Gb for the 60 599.99. But i don't know the reason being the pricing of gb's. What's the difference.

ok, you probably all know this by now, but the PS3 will be released with two price points, at $500 and $600 dollars. The $500 one will be a slightly stripped down modle, of course. Personaly, I think that is way to high for Sony to expect the average gammer to pay. What do you think??
