I'd take the 60gb to be on the safe side.
Its kinda like a computer really, The one with the most memory can do the most stuff.

It doesn't matter if they put the kitchen sink in there, $600 is still way too much. If you want to know what will be in the system, chech out Sonys web site, or go to Gamespot.com.
