I say everyone boycott Nintendo so they finally get a clue and stop making sub par consoles that resort to novelty controllers in an industry in which they've become completely outclassed.
Nintnedo can still have their solid portion of the handheld market, but IMO there not trying hard enough to compete in the console market.
and I find the whole Wii60 thing to be battle cry of desperate Sony hating fanlads.
I've tried on a few different occasions to try and like Nintendo systems / games , but I usually end up scratching my head and wondering what the point was.
I own an Xbox 360 and I will be all over a PS3.
PS3 all the way let me explain. The PS3 made be expensive but it has very good exclusives. Killzone, MGS4, FFXIII this list goes on.
The Xbox 360 is yes a good console and i'm not here to bag it. People say that it's only a little bit less than the PS3. Who cares if it's only a little bit lower in quality if a good game only comes along once in a while.
The Wii isn't even next gen. Plus the games list for this aren't as good as they could be besides for like zelda/mario but the raw power is just not enough and i think will struggle with the more processor consuming games that come along.
I don't mean to sound like a fanboy but thats my opinion.
If you have the cash i say get a PS3 and a 360 because to me the Wii just isn't worth the time.
Wii just doesn't make any sense to me. They are releasing a system that is barely surpassing XBox in power. Their argument is that the creativity will make next generation games, and not graphics/physics/good ai. Ok. Lets say I buy that. But why don't they just release games like that for XBox then?
The way I see it, any game that can be made to run on Wii will run on PS3. On the other hand, any game that uses advanced physics or complex artificial inteligence will simply not run on Wii. PS3, therefore, offers more possibilities, which makes it a better system. Now, whether or not that is worth the money is a question which everyone should answer for themselves. However, if new technology isn't worth the money for you, why don't you just stick with the Game Cube?
When I first saw what Nintendo were up to with the new controller I thought they were on to something, but after E3 I'm left feeling uninspired.
That controller is crying out for sports games, but all they really showed off in that department were several minigames aimed at cack-handed youngsters and non gamers- very unchallenging looking stuff.
I'm not a Madden fan but even that didn't really look like it gained anything with the Wiimote.
I've watched all the videos of people playing the other games and it just didn't turn me on to the Wii like I was expecting. I'm not saying I wont change my mind in the future, but for the moment I'm unconvinced.

Thought about posting something similiar but your passion rings so much louder than mine. 
So, yeah. i agree with ya. But just like that saying goes "survival of the fittest"
Wii will not surive the competition. Its a gonner for sure and PS along with Xbox will reign supreme. 
The truth hurts, dont it Nintendo...
